Sinopsi

Al segle 26 la Terra està devastada i serveix d'abocador per a la població de Salem, la ciutat flotant a la que van emigrar només els privilegiats. Un científic idealista reconstrueix una cíborg trobada entre les deixalles, i li dóna un nou cos.
